"My interest in acting, modeling, influencing, and fashion design stems from a deep-rooted passion for creativity and self-expression. Each field allows me to explore different facets of my personality and connect with others in unique ways," Linda shares. "Storytelling, whether through acting or fashion, is a powerful medium, and I love being part of that narrative." Linda’s journey began in a unique direction, with a background in biology. "Studying biology taught me the importance of discipline and analytical thinking, which I apply to my creative work. It also gave me a unique perspective on the world, blending science with art. This background helps me approach design with a sense of structure while allowing my creativity to flourish."
The 1901 Collection: Empowering Women Through Fashion
A key turning point in Linda's career came when she founded The 1901 Collection, a swimwear line that reflects her commitment to style and empowerment.
"I was inspired to start The 1901 Collection after realizing that swimwear should be both stylish and empowering," she explains. "I want my designs to make women feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable in their own skin. It’s all about celebrating individuality and body positivity."
Linda also speaks to the evolving nature of the fashion industry, particularly with the rise of digital platforms. "The rise of digital platforms has revolutionized the fashion industry, making it more accessible for aspiring creatives. Social media allows people to showcase their talents and connect with audiences directly, which I think is fantastic," she says. "It’s a double-edged sword, though; while it’s easier to pursue passions, the pressure to maintain an online presence can be overwhelming."
As a mother, Linda has a clear focus on maintaining a balance between her family life and career. "Balancing my career with family life is a constant juggling act," she admits. "I prioritize my schedule, often involving my family in my work. We have family meetings to discuss our commitments, ensuring we support each other while making time for fun and relaxation." Linda also plays the role of ‘momager,’ ensuring her sons are grounded and focused on the right values. "As a ‘momager,’ I strive to keep my sons grounded by emphasizing the importance of education and personal values. I encourage them to pursue their dreams while reminding them that success is not just about fame but also about being kind and authentic."
For Linda, motherhood is a significant influence on her career.
“Being a mother has profoundly influenced my professional life. It drives me to create a legacy of empowerment and support for my children and others," she shares. "My charitable work is also inspired by my desire to make the world a better place for future generations.
" Her passion for giving back is evident in her dedication to volunteering and supporting local schools. "I’m passionate about volunteering and supporting local schools because education is a powerful tool for change," Linda says. "I focus on causes that promote youth development and mental health, as I believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive."

"My advice for aspiring entrepreneurs is to stay true to your vision and be adaptable. The digital landscape is ever-changing, so embrace technology and engage with your audience authentically," she says. "Build a community around your brand, and don’t be afraid to take risks." It’s essential to maintain my personal brand while collaborating, so I ensure that any partnership feels authentic and resonates with my audience."
Linda’s reality TV experience on Au Pairs has been an eye-opening one, with both rewards and challenges. "Being on Au Pairs has been an incredible journey. Having my family involved adds a layer of authenticity, but it also challenges my work-life balance," she reflects. "I’ve learned to set boundaries and prioritize what truly matters, ensuring that my family remains my anchor amidst the chaos." The impact of sharing her family life with viewers has been overwhelmingly positive. "The most rewarding part of sharing my family life on Au Pairs has been the connection with viewers," Linda shares. Practicing gratitude and mindfulness also helps me navigate the pressures of fame."She also addresses a common misconception about reality TV: "A common misconception is that reality TV isn’t scripted or staged. While there are elements of production, some elements are genuine."
Despite her busy schedule, Linda makes time for activities that nourish her creativity and well-being. "I carve out time for hobbies like singing, drawing, and roller skating as a form of self-care," she says. "These activities recharge my spirit and keep me connected to my creative side, which is essential for my overall well-being." Her personal journey has been one of perseverance and resilience. "I believe in the power of perseverance. There have been challenges along my journey, but each one has taught me resilience," she reflects. "I’ve learned that setting goals and working hard can lead to incredible opportunities, no matter the obstacles."
Looking ahead, Linda has big plans for her brand and her impact on the world. "In the next five years, I see myself expanding The 1901 Collection and possibly launching a lifestyle brand," she shares. "I’m excited about new collaborations and projects that empower women and promote self-love."
